Holy moly, was this an exciting day. The bodykit had finally turned up. What more can we say other than Sam was jumping around trying to unbox the kit as fast as possible like it was Christmas Day!

It’s time to list out the issues Sam has with his 964! Fix the sound deadening pad, fix the power steering leak, clean up the bay, paint the fan, paint the shroud, valve cover gaskets, timing chain gaskets, oil sender seal and a general service.

So Sam manages to diagnose the leak to one of the power steering hoses but decides to replace both hoses as a preventative measure. On a 30 year old car it is wise to replace rubber hoses and parts!

Pretty straightforward fix. The valve gaskets were leaking and old, so we simply replaced them. Just remember to torque them down correctly!
